About the Speaker
Ameen Hafez, Director of Operations for the Orlando Squeeze, has been a key figure in pioneering the promotion of Orlando’s first professional pickleball team in an innovative landscape devoid of a traditional home court. His strategy has been to weave the essence of the team into the fabric of the community through grassroots marketing, establishing vital partnerships, and crafting compelling narratives that resonate far beyond the pickleball court. Holding a master’s degree in management and business analytics from UCF, Ameen’s strategic foresight and passion for sports and entertainment catapulted the Squeeze into the limelight of the competitive sports arena in Florida. His leadership extends beyond typical brand building; it’s about nurturing connections with fans, sponsors, and media, ensuring the team’s values and spirit are felt across every touchpoint. Through Ameen’s vision and dedication, the Orlando Squeeze has not only emerged as a champion in Major League Pickleball but has also set a precedent for how sports teams can engage and thrive within their communities.
