The PRSA Orlando Chapter Student Relations Committee aims to provide valuable and educational opportunities to students enrolled in communications programs at colleges and universities located within central Florida and across the state that serve as an introduction to the PR profession and PRSA membership.
Student Mentorship Program
The PRSA Orlando Student Mentorship Program provides students enrolled in communications programs at central Florida colleges and universities the opportunity to develop personal and professional connections with PR professionals in the area.

Scholarships
Frank R. Stansberry Scholarship at the University of Central Florida
The Frank R. Stansberry Scholarship recognizes University of Central Florida students who are actively engaged in their academic community and for their academic and personal accomplishments at the University of Central Florida. It is awarded to full-time sophomore, junior or senior students in the Nicholson School of Communication and Media with a major in Public Relations.

Frank R. Stansberry Scholarship is named in honor of Frank R. Stansberry, who graduated from the UCF in 1989 and was inducted into the Nicholson School of Communication and Media’s Alumni Hall of Fame in 2002. Frank is a staunch advocate for the profession and has a deep passion for developing future communication professionals, including as a member of the Nicholson School’s faculty for more than 20 years until his retirement in 2007.
