Belonging at Work & the Power of Internal Communications
Belonging at work isn’t created by a statement, campaign, or single initiative. It’s shaped every day.
Belonging at Work & the Power of Internal Communications explores the role communicators and organizational leaders can play in turning belonging from an aspiration into part of the employee experience.
Join PRSA Orlando for a conversation with leaders spanning internal communications, human resources, and executive communications as they examine how messages, leadership behaviors, and organizational practices work together to shape culture. From communicating through change to strengthening employee connection and creating space for different perspectives, the panel will explore what meaningful belonging looks like in practice—and where communicators can have the greatest influence.
The discussion will feature Eddie Selover, executive coach, TED speaker and former Vice President of Communications at CapAcuity; Despina McLaughlin, APR, Director of Internal Communications at Universal Destinations & Experiences; and Marisa Diaz, Leadership Strategist and Principal Consultant at MPower Consulting and President of ALPFA Orlando. Together, their experience spans executive and change communications, internal communications, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, workforce strategy and leadership development.
