A Letter from the President | January 2025

Dear PRSA Orlando,

Happy New Year! As we step into 2025, we are greeted with a season of change and fresh opportunities. Each new year offers a chance to grow — both personally and professionally — and I am honored to embark on this journey with you as your chapter president. I am deeply grateful for the support of our dedicated board, our incredible members, and those who have laid the groundwork for our chapter’s success. Together, we will continue to elevate our profession and each other.

Our first program of the year is just around the corner. Join us at the Citrus Club on Thursday, Jan. 23 for “Courageous Public Relations” with Dr. Jeff Williamson. This program promises to inspire and challenge us as we explore what it means to lead with courage in today’s communications landscape.

We’re also seeking volunteers to join our committees and play an active role in shaping our chapter’s initiatives, including support for two signature events co-hosted with FPRA Orlando — PR Paid Forward (April 11, 2025) and Media Mashup (June 2025).
