The PR & Brand Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the execution of the marketing and PR strategy to build the world of Rifle Paper Co. This position will mainly focus on supporting overall public relations and marketing strategy, influencer strategy, events, experiential efforts, and brand partnerships in addition to working  with cross-functional teams to coordinate the development of marketing assets and images. This role will ensure all details are up to date across documents and programs, and ensure projects are happening in a timely manner. The PR & Brand Marketing Coordinator will be a passionate representative of the brand motivated by growing brand awareness, engagement, and relationships with media and brand partners.

What You'll Do

  • Support overall PR and marketing strategies including seasonal planning for digital, social, and experiential initiatives, as well as communication to internal and external partners

  • Create and manage daily, weekly and monthly status reports including media monitoring + PR reporting including online, print, and social brand coverage

  • Build and maintain media and influencer contact lists

  • Create media tool kits including hi-res images, product information and more

  • Support planning media and influencer mailers and gifting alongside marketing and creative teams from ideation to execution

  • Manage gifting orders for media/ influencers including placing orders and correspondence with recipients and internal brand partners

  • Manage press inbox including incoming inquiries from media, brand partners, and influencers

  • Maintain knowledge of media, influencer, social media, and industry landscape

Brand Marketing:

  • Manage day to day flow of assets and projects for the creative team, including tracking approvals and hand off of assets

  • Post daily  on Social Media platforms, including Instagram

  • Upload creative briefs to Wrike, create appropriate tasks and update changes across all calendars and programs

  • Coordinate approvals for 3rd party marketing, creative & signage

  • Coordinate printing and delivery of signage and window clings with internal team and 3rd party vendors

  • Help with some photo shoot related admin tasks, including assisting with returns and tracking expenses

What You Have

  • Bachelor’s degree or combination of relevant experience, skills & training

  • Minimum of 1-2 years work (can include internship) experience; PR/marketing agency or small to medium brand is a plus

  • Must be able to lift and carry or otherwise move 30-35 pounds occasionally

  • Experience working in a fast paced, high-growth environment

  • Reliable means of transportation

  • A knack for collaboration and creating strong relationships with both internal and external partners

Work Model 

Hybrid, 1-3 days at our Winter Park Studio along with occasional local travel
