POSITION
Grace Medical Home is seeking a mission-driven Philanthropy Manager to support and strengthen our fundraising efforts through grant management, donor communications, and strategic partnerships. This role plays a key part in sustaining and growing philanthropic support by crafting compelling proposals, reporting impact, and engaging partners who advance Grace’s mission.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead all grant efforts, including researching opportunities, writing proposals, submitting applications, and managing reporting requirements
  • Maintain and update grant tracking systems and ensure timely, accurate funder communications
  • Collaborate with the development team to create compelling impact reports using stories, photos, and data
  • Support annual fund initiatives and related development projects
  • Provide planning and logistical support for key events, including the Spa Invitational and Discover Grace tours
  • Build and strengthen relationships with church partners and other key stakeholders
  • Represent Grace Medical Home through tours, meetings, and community engagement opportunities

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, communications, business, or related field preferred
  • Experience in fundraising, grant writing, donor relations, or sales preferred
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to detail
  • Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines
  • Familiarity with donor management systems (e.g., Raiser’s Edge) and Microsoft Office tools
