Manager, Team Member Communications and Engagement

The Manager of Team Member Communications and Engagement leverages innovative interdisciplinary strategies to bring the story of AdventHealth’s culture and employee experience to life, with both internal and external audiences, if applicable.

They are responsible for the development and execution of communications that support AdventHealth’s business priorities through campus-level or business unit-level storytelling, content creation and culture-building events and activities.

The Manager is passionate about creating multimedia content that showcases team members and physicians living out AdventHealth’s mission. They are a skilled writer who captures the voice of the client and creates dynamic communications that spark engagement with team members and physicians.

In partnership with C-Suite, Human Resources, Events and other teams, the Manager develops or co-develops campus or business unit events and supporting communications that drive team member engagement and grow culture. They have a strong understanding of division and systemwide strategies and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
