Goals for Accendo Marketing Services:

  • Boost Brand Awareness for Accendo Leadership Advisory Group
  • Create community via platforms like email, social media, and the website
  • Develop Cari and Karen as thought leaders in Industry
  • Educate Accendo's target audience on relevant topics
  • Promote upcoming events and special promotions such as the LEADForward Program
  • Integrate Lead generation focus into marketing communications

Scope to Include:

Monthly Social Media Content Creation and Social Media Scheduling 

  • 1 post per brand (Accendo, Cari, and Karen) per week with original content/messaging
  • Focus on the following social media networks: Personal LinkedIn will be primary focus with tie and repurposing to Company Facebook Page, Company LinkedIn Page, Company Twitter Page, and Personal Twitter Pages
  • Creation of “fresh” and invitingmessaging/copy to gain appointments from High Potential Prospects. Note: We have an automated “Funnel Click” LinkedIn strategy to target prospects for our Leader Quick Start Program and LEADForward Roundtables. This messaging needs to be integrated into marketing channels/communications
  • 5 Ad Hoc Posts (e.g., uploading videos, blogs, etc. that are written/produced by Partners)

 Email Marketing

  • Creating and sending 2 MailChimp email blasts per month: 1 newsletter with copy about Accendo topic AND 1 inspirations e-blast featuring a resource from each Accendo Partner
  • Mailing list updates and adding new LinkedIn contacts once per month

Other General Housekeeping and Reporting

  • 60-minute call monthly to discuss the editorial focus/strategy for the next month (what videos to be provided, what articles can be expected, topics to focus on, etc.)
  • Monthly reporting: Snapshot of high-level performance of channels and recommendations (can be incorporated into monthly call)
  • Website updates as needed; quarterly web maintenance including plugin and Word press updates
  • consultation and support (i.e. webinar messaging, pulling prospect info from LinkedIn, sending manual messages, updating fliers, etc.)
