Support the PRSA Orlando/Frank R. Stansberry Scholarship at UCF
The PRSA Orlando/Frank R. Stansberry Scholarship at the University of Central Florida is a fund created to provide financial assistance to a full-time UCF student majoring in public relations. This scholarship was started in 2006 with a seed fund of $10,000 but needs to reach at least $25,000 to qualify as an "endowment" with the UCF Foundation.
Of course, the more money in the fund, the more scholarships that can be granted each year, so the $25,000 is an intermediate goal. You can help make this scholarship a vital and valuable addition to the future success of our profession in Central Florida. Your contribution to the PRSA Orlando/Frank R. Stansberry Scholarship at UCF will help encourage bright, eager young men and women to major in public relations and become the next generation of practitioners.
Donating is easy and tax deductible. Checks should be written to THE UCF FOUNDATION, INC. with a note in the memo section that reads STANSBERRY SCHOLARSHIP. It is very important that you include a note that your gift is for the PRSA Orlando/Stansberry Scholarship. Send your gift to: Dr. Betsy Folk, UCF, Director of Development, PO Box 161990, Orlando FL 32816-1990.
